This is a live competition.

The competitor will work on a model and must create a set of runway nails that represent the official theme of the competition.

Aim

Design a high-fashion nail set inspired by the official theme of the competition.

The design should convey a visual story and complement the model's artistic concept.

The competitor's ability to combine fashion, design, structure, and creativity will be evaluated.

The nails must be original and created exclusively for this competition.

The work must reflect an advanced level of technique and artistic direction.

The harmony between the nails and the model's overall styling will be an important part of the evaluation.

Permitted

The use of any professional nail system is permitted.

It is allowed to combine techniques such as:

• Hand painting
• Airbrushing
• Watercolor

• Encapsulated
• Foils
• Pigments
• Glitter
• Metal sheets
• Crystals
• Pearls
• Chains

• Three-dimensional elements

Sculpted nails, extreme structures, and editorial designs are allowed, as long as they maintain balance and technical quality.

Any length and shape is allowed.

The use of decorative accessories is permitted as long as they form part of the artistic concept.

Not Allowed

• Works previously submitted to other competitions will not be accepted.
• Designs copied from other artists, photographs, publications, or classes will not be accepted.
• The work cannot have been previously published on social media, in magazines, or in any other medium.
• Modifying previous work to compete again will not be permitted.
• The design must be created exclusively for this competition.
• All elements used must be firmly attached and safe for the model.

Evaluation Criteria

Judge 1 – Creativity
The originality of the concept and the innovation demonstrated by the competitor will be evaluated.

Judge 2 – Interpretation of the Topic
The design must clearly represent the official theme of the competition.
The visual story should be easy to understand.

Judge 4 – Technique
• Cleaning
• Accuracy
• Mastery of the system used
• Construction quality

Judge 5 – Use of Color
The evaluation will consider chromatic harmony, depth, contrasts, and coherence with the artistic concept.

Judge 6 – Structure
The nails must have a solid, balanced and technically correct architecture.
The length and shape should complement the overall design.

Judge 7 – Finished
The following should not be observed:
• Bubbles
• Excess product
• Waste
• Visible glue
• Imperfections
• Filing marks

The finish must be impeccable.

Judge 8 – Overall Impression (Wow Factor)
The judges will assess the visual impact of the work as a whole.
The competitor's ability to combine fashion, technique, creativity, and artistic excellence into a proposal worthy of an international catwalk will be assessed.
